I dont think I have broken into a sprint for 30 years, apart from having to chase the dog across a field when he fucked off

I used to be able to around 11 secs 100m when I played rugby

The label as prescribed clearly states 0.5 cc a week.

You cant even keep up with your lies .

Again - his "training" is so weak and pathetic its a freaking joke.  his routine is over in 30 minutes w barely breaking a sweat.    Not even the drugs are helping that much w this nonsense.  My gold fish works harder for a pellet than his stupid "workouts"     He just doesnt want to work that hard.  He wants the look and persona of a jacked dude - but doesnt want to put in the time or effort for lasting real sustainable results.  So resort to drugs.     

Sad.

What the fuck does breaking a sweat have to do with hard training? That is just cardio bullshit. Hard training means micro tearing the muscle. If you do proper sets  it doesn't take that long you should be done after an hour. You are just sapping your energy with cardio and getting less out of your lifting going lighter than you would be able to otherwise doing less micro tear damage hence you have the weak training not me
