I don't consider running through obstacle course in the mud or flipping tires and pushing sleds training. Training is what you do with dumbells and barbells not fucking kettle balls and sand bags and airbikes
That is the definition of training.
Most gym-lifters don't train. They "workout", pump cables and machines. "Pump their muscles" doing nothing functional.
(Before you defend yourself Brian, Im not talking about you, just what I see from average gym-goers).
Most (average gym goers) don't know how to actually "train".
Im unsure what you do so I cannot comment. I do know what Soul, Grape and some others here do is brutal, full-body training/conditioning.
