This is a good idea.

There should be weight classes like wrestling. We should use a compound lift like the squat and use an arbitrary numbers for reps. 405 is a good number for anyone over 215 pounds.

We can't have a squat contest because depth is subjective, and you idiots would spend all day posting and arguing over half reps. Also last I checked I have posted plenty of squat videos and I am the only one here with bilateral surgically repaired knees with hardware and you guys still wanted no part of the squat challenge. By all means lets see you guys throw up some respectable squat videos I haven't seen them yet

I squatted 365lbs my last heavy squat day. It's not like I have stopped squatting. I also already listed half a dozen powerlifting federations that recognized and held strict curl competitions. I don't need to validate anything to anyone I can run that is validation enough.

You aren't convinced of that....the amount of selfies and challenging anyone to look better than you shows you lack self esteem and look for validation at every turn.

It’s weird that when he first started posting here he had just regained use of his legs, yet his past posting history from the other boards he doesn’t go into these issues.

I squatted 365lbs and it got a little sketchy. I will squat more again soon. I said the contest is an Arnold qualifier and 170lbs is a qualifying lift. I already said I don't think I can do that. I strict curled 150lbs 2 weeks ago. I am training this afternoon. I guess I will find out more then.
