Brian...how about this challenge.  Seated, on the floor, legless rope climbs to 15ft.  How fast can you do 5 of them?  I know how fast I can do them.  Takes quite a bit of CORE, bicep, and grip strength.  Think you can beat me beta bitch?

I’m sure 135 is close to 225 with that same math.

Recently ran across the 1 rep max calculator.  SHould be able to do 315 for 7 or 365 for 2-3 (although I doubt these are real to 90 squats)

So if a skinny guy 150lb guy can do 20 pullups with 10inch pipe cleaners, isn't he stronger pound for pound than a 250lb guy that does 10? We can assume if he bulked up to 250 he'd still manage the 20...

Thank you sir. I’ve actually gained back some weight and now sitting about 230 so yeah 275 total. I’ve always been my strongest on dips all my life.

3/4 reps of peace.....your arms were not fully extended in the starting position.....when I did mine in the off lift contest I was in,my arms were completely extended in the bottom position.
