Is this an invite to next Sunday’s training session?

This is pretty cool of you because  I honestly don’t know anyone with the regulation bar or wall board; let alone know how to get in contact with someone who does. But if I’m going to do this it might as well be done under the watchful eye of the recognized world champion.

What’s the address, I know I will NOT be there this Sunday but I may be able to arrange a flight cross country for 2 weeks from now.

It's not easy, but it's not really impressive either.  147 single rep curl at a bodyweight of 225?  And is anyone really going to care if someone can do this with 125 or 130 or 135 versus 147 or 150?  Almost no one does or trains for this, unlike the millions in gyms working on their squats, bench presses and deadlifts.

Again the rules are the same in every single organization and they haven’t changed in 100 years my arms were absolutely at a dead hang and I did control the negative which is also not part of the judged lift anyway but it’s ok we don’t need to argue 3 official judges will decide the world champ already assured me it’s a good lift but since that’s not enough for Wes we can wait fucking hater

You do realise that anyone pausing that vid mid rep will see the plates diameter vs the length of your torso and have a good insight as to your true height.
