What is it with vegetables for some people. I find most of them disgusting, especially in raw form. I think fruits, are the food of the gods. Never met a 100% pure fruit juice that I couldn't drink.

Oranges, mandarin oranges, pineapple, apples, strawberries, grapes, bananas, kiwi etc...

It's like it's cosmic with humans and fruit. Literally everything is delicious and your body agrees that you should be eating/drinking it.

Try that with a whole onion, or a nice head of broccoli. Fuck that shit.

You don't eat an onion on its own. Brown it with some garlic in butter or oil and add that to your other dish to carry its flavor.

I don't take amphetamines I drink 2 cups of coffee per day. I have had handshakes since I was a child. Just admit you don't lift no one who lifts would possibly think someone was taking amphetamines before a workout

bhanks is silly.  Decades ago Robbie Robinson told me that the champs at the original Gold's used to drink a few cups of coffee prior to training.  Then he pulled out a box of "NoDoz" and told me they started using those because it worked better and they didn't have to stop training to take a piss.  Not amphetamines, but take enough and you'd think they were, LOL!

Robbie was always very nice to me but no, it's not like we were buddies, he was just a good guy to me every time I spoke with him as he said I reminded him of someone.  He probably knew a few retards and I looked like one.  ;D  Regardless, he was never a jackass to me.  Same with Franco and Waller.

It was really fun to smash him. But he was such a combination of the worst traits a human being could have. Egotistical,  delusional,  a pathological liar off the top of my head. I would almost feel bad for the guy sometimes but then come to my senses when he would start being a colossal asshole. Which was every day lol. He'll be back

Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:
Goblet Squats - 4 sets
DB Lunges - 4 sets (did these with front foot on elevated platform....unilaterally)
Step-Ups - 3 sets (done unilaterally)
DB RDL - 5 sets
Calf Raise- 5 sets (plus 1/2 reps to failure after each set and stretching)

Good one!!
