Honesty is more than just sets and reps Wes has been claiming to be in great shape training hard for a year now was going to post a pic then was going to compete and now is just an old man working on a gall bladder issue was he really being honest about hard training and being in shape? Krank is fucking melting in the one pic he shared and at a distance out of focus in the other. Rob C is an honest dude. Ironnat is a skinny old man who does the same workout everyday. Gym Rat reps his workouts you can see his build see the workout and it makes sense. SC shows quarter shots in a tank top in mirror then claims a great back that is not really honest. Is it really being honest when you claim to have knowledge about a subject you have no act exp in and have only read about online? But I am actually referring mainly to the trolls on here who just talk shit and I know don't even train yet all claim to be twice as strong as me.

I've never claimed to be a bodybuilder, I've always been into strongman/powerlifting. I've moved weight you couldn't roll. I have no interest in stripping down to my panties for other men to judge me. The fact that you've lied on multiple sites, multiple times, about your drug abuse, woman abuse, child *issues*, work status, etc, etc.....your entire life is a made up lie. If you had any sense of self respect you would leave getbig forever and hide in shame.

You're applying your own subjectivity here - if one isn't training for aesthetics, posting a pic only to be judged by bodybuilding criteria is useless.  SC posts pics to show that, despite not training like a bodybuilder, he looks like one.

And, anyone being involved in this shit, including you, knows what the people assume when the term TRT is used.  If you would have said from the get go you were using 500mg, as many here are, you wouldn't catch half the shit you do.  Plenty of guys here use and are transparent about it.  The exception was go4it, who roided up and still claimed natural status.

I wasn't on 500mg when I got here. I did a contest 6 months after I got here. I went from about 300mg to about 500mg the final few weeks. I never claimed natural status. It is not my fault people make incorrect assumptions. Again this being a bodybuilding board full of old men I would assume everyone would be on TRT. If you are not why not? Not my job to educate the ignorant

I have not lied about anything my squat estimate was off by 40lbs although if I had a spot I would try the 405 and I think I would get it.

You are not in any kind of shape much less a bodybuilder you are just a fat slob and last I checked I have never seen you move any kind of impressive weight in anything you have fucking cankles for god sake. You look like you struggle to move yourself

I never said I was taking 500mg year round on TRT. I said when asked I took 500mg a week for the show. I also said I have been prescribed 1.5-2cc a week or 300-500mg a week over the years depending on if it was 200 or 250mg. You stating you don't consider that TRT doesn't make you correct. According to the medical community that is TRT.

I used to.  It was all fun and giggles.  But then it became more of the same old shit from everyone posting on the threads.  From both sides.  I am not going to wade through 200+ posts just to find the rare zinger that pops up.  Usually from Hanky at that.   :-[

To give him credit a lot of what he posts turns out to be true.  His house, his car, his MMA claims, his travels and lifestyle, etc..  and he does work out (unlike some on here).  Yeah he comes across as arrogant and obnoxious, but so what?  I think he is quite honest for the most part.  And if he isn't, so what?  It isn't affecting my life.  Do I think he will ever squat that golden number in his head?  No.  But the fact that he can so easily be goaded along into trying to do so no matter what and getting injured in the process is a bit hysterical. 

Obviously his superpower is generating scorn and shit to be heaped on him.  It's mind boggling.  I would bet money that if DA, DLB, or Kamali had encountered this much scorn directly on here, they would have killed themselves.  Y'all brutal at times.  That what makes it funny.  (sometimes, when it isn't the same old same old)

Serious question(s), because I haven't really followed you in a while.

1 - did you ever get those knee sleeves?  if so, how did they work
2- if you had to do a box squat - either touch and go, or pause - with knee sleeves, belt, wraps or whatever you use... what do you think your weight would be for a triple?  Singles are kind of hard to guess.

Bro. If your doctor saw you had undetectable FSH and LH levels I doubt he'd keep prescribing you those high dosages. And how are you upping the dose before a show? Your doctor gives you a higher "TRT" prescription because you're doing a show? It doesn't make sense. This is why people think you're a liar. Just say you go to multiple pharmacies over the internet to fill different prescriptions without the prescribers knowing about each other. Or don't say anything about it. But lying about it is what catches you shit.

I have not done 2 shows I did 1 unsanctioned exhibition with one other guy in the bodybuilding class and maybe 8 guys total because my buddy was trying to get something started on Maui. I competed in the NPC the first and only time 2 summers ago.

Not lying the typically TRT clinic in the United States prescribes 1.5-2cc a week of testosterone that is anywhere from 300-500mg. If I took 10x that I would tell you because unlike these other jackasses I don't consider using modern medicine as a moral failure. What I am trying to explain is taking more in my opinion based on 20 years of actual experience is not better and does not do more.

I squatted 365lbs to be fair not 350lbs and considering I did it without a spot I do think 405lbs is still a reasonable estimate additionally I was estimating based on a 90 degree squat then everyone complained and I started squatting deeper. Its is exponentially harder as you go deeper. Still though I posted the actual video you can't get more honest than that. I did have a partial tear in my bicep you can see the fucking blood pooling pics again you can't get more honest than that. You in comparision are in no kind of shape and never have been. Forget bodybuilding you are not even athletic. They are having a strict curl contest which is why I am strict curling now that doesn't mean I am not still pushing to a heavier squat soon.

Call it whatever you like.  Why do you have an issue with the fact that I have ZERO desire to be AS LEAN as you are.  I could post my show pics, but you would say "its not about then, its about now" or some other drivel.  I don't post all that many pics on here nor any other social media platform.  I am not that much into having people contribute to my self worth.  I am enjoying training for fitness.  I don't need your approval, nor actually want it. 

I am honest about my training and what I do.  I have posted my shit and all you do (weakly mind you) is attempt to disparage it.  Why?  Why do you care?  Come on Brian...really think about this.  I can row a 3:18 1000m.  Could you do it?  Could you even come close?  My snatch (post knee replacement) is up to 185.   How close can you get to that? 

All of the above you will knock and dismiss.  It will have ZERO affect of my training tomorrow, or the next day, or the day after that.  What you fail to see is that when people around here smell bullshit, they call bullshit.  Keep pounding your chest and stomping your feet thinking you are the only one "in shape"...when it would be an effort for you to keep up with some of us with what we do for training.
