Shoulders:
Machine side laterals: 4 sets
Front raises with rope: 4 sets
Hammer strength presses: 4 sets
Cable side laterals: 4 sets
Face pulls: 4 sets
Farmers walk with 85 pound kettleballs: 3 rounds
Rope slams for 30 seconds and then airdyne bike for 30 seconds: 5 rounds. I was freaking drenched and I thought my heart was going to explode. This type of training is no joke and BHANKS wouldn't last one round.
Granted, I am really not into the way Soul Crusher, Grape or Krank train. I still like the typical bodybuilding workout. However, functional training (or whatever you want to call it) is no joke and I have been incorporating more of it into my workouts. Mostly at the end of my workouts. I think I will always stick with the typical bodybuilding workout and implement functional trainer at the end of my workouts.
But, really, it's whatever works for people and as long as you're moving and not sitting on the couch all day, then it's all good.
