You guys are the ones having 5 pages of meltdowns every time I post a pic. I tried to talk about training and you guys want to know and argue over every detail of the last 3 decades on my life instead. You want to argue over TRT and old MMA fights. I want to train and make gains. Hell I am excited to lift later today after work I can't wait I am going to hurt the weights

As a matter of fact Monday is international squat day. I always start my week and do squats first when I am freshest and the rest of the week the fun stuff is just a reward for squatting. I don't allow myself to train chest before legs. That way leg day never gets skipped.

IMO  other than some lower ab area that hank is flatter than condition wise,,,krank 'has flared and developed lats intercostals ,good ab shape'genetic.thick chest 'yeah holding some water /fat normal in that area 'age/not trying to starve for contest look,,looks strong..
