Because they require that in powerlifting it was a qualifier for the Arnold they have actual rules it’s not some exhibition. Laugh all you want I am training with an eye on the Olympia in 2023 but regardless I know my arms will improve from the training. I have learned some things
They had it at the Olympia this year I think that gives it some credibility

Naw he's given up on those. It was all he talked about last year. Bringing up those wheels! Instead of training smart he just pounded away at them with low rep max squats after opening his big mouth about a 405 squat. He started tearing muscles and gave up. As we saw in the strict curl screenshots they're smaller than ever
