The real question I have is did he really believe the 13 was 15 reps?  If not, why post a video titled "225 x 15" or why not just say "oh, I screwed up, I really thought I counted 15, but yeah I was wrong"?  (And how many times since has he tried for 225 x 15 and not made it?  Although really that's not very impressive)

I’m worried he broke down again…. But in an even more remote area. He could be hurt, seriously injured or even dead.

How long could Bhanks last broken down without a steady supply of food and water? He went into renal failure after 3 days of carb cutting and dropped 25 pounds along the way.

I like to poke the bear but I’m seriously concerned. This guys metabolism is like a California wildfire, out of control and you can only end it by letting it burn itself out. If his lack of calories isn’t addressed his body will literally consume itself until he dies.

Can you imagine if he was in an accident like the one Jeremy Renner was in? He wouldn’t die from a loss of blood, it would be from loss of calories.

I'm not sure i'll be able to sleep tonight.

My mind is racing wondering if hanky will miss a meal and go into "renal failure" again.

I'm going to pray that he doesn't go catabolic and that he did the preventative maintenance on his vehicle to prevent tie-rod failures.

the reason hes curling is because the only bodypart hes ever got positive comments on here are for his arms, well has left arm.

The medals should be displayed angled out from each other instead of one in front of the other. This way you can see each one individually and it will look more impressive.

It’s more effective than crap you are doing yes absolutely. I tell you what you keep sweating to the oldies and I will keep lifting heavy. Let’s compare arms in 6 months agree??? Or better yet go ahead and do my workout since it is so easy. I didn’t list one warmup set at 75lbs for 5 reps but other than that you have the weight the reps and the sets see if you can do it. I bet you can’t. 5 sets of 5 is pretty standard for powerlifting

I am literally following the training program that I pulled of the basement wall of the 6x 198lb world champion and owner of the Heaviest body weight curl ever and the current owner of the 198lb world record current Arnold and Mr America champ. I am going to stick to his program vs doing burpees and air bikes. I want to break records not a sweat. But yeah I get it Getbig says I am doing it all wrong. I will train my way and my results will speak for themself you guys do whatever bullshit you want
