I never said I would win or lose but I squat a lot more the 225lbs and you guys can call it an excuse all you want but I have 2 bad knees but I will still play. Let's put 275, 315, 350, on the bar and see what happens. Yeah it's going to be close but again he is singling out severely degenerated injuries to compete against and it's still going to be close.

It also matters if we are doing high or low bar squats as that effects the depth

1) you vape daily....OBJECTION OVERRULED.  Why should this mater if you are always "in shape"

2) you have bad knees so why should you be challenged....OBJECTION OVERRULED.  YOU are the one who was squatting heavier and heavier and heavier.  You did that all on your own.

3) His warm-up set looked prettier, but what about heavier weight....OBJECTION OVERRULED.  If that set looked 100x more effortless than yours, what do you think will happen with heavier weights?

4) Krank is melting / a fat slob / weak....OBJECTION OVERRULED.  I am clearly in better shape than you.  Also, if I weigh 40 POUNDS LESS than you, what does that say about me? I will turn the court's

5) You are stronger than me in everything....OBJECTION OVERRRULED.  Please refer to exhibit "a" below.  You have invoked the Wilk score in the past so I am using it now.  I used both of our bodyweights...and I gave us each only 1# on the other lifts.

I have already squatted 365 for legal depth that’s pretty close to 400. No one ever told me we were having a 225 for reps contest. I posted a set from a workout it was never meant to be a feat of strength. But I have also posted heavier squats. Since Krank has a camera that works now let’s at least make it interested and see him squat heavier he should be able to do it. I never asked for a squat off but if we are going to have one put some weight in the bar

I mentioned my buddy had the highest wilks score and now I am an advocate for wilks wtf are you talking about?

Being in shape doesn't mean I don't have shit in my lungs from vaping. Obviously, I would take a couple days to clear the lungs if I knew I was having a cardio based contest. And squatting a thousand pounds doesn’t mean you don’t have melting loose skin when you take your shirt off or complete lack of any cuts or separation in your legs
