I already showed I can curl more than you. You won’t film a curl because you know you can’t win. I will film squats regardless that makes you the pussy not me

Why do you have a problem answering why you called the 15 rep squat cardio but yet you include high rep lifts in your "training routine" and you are proud to show off that you did that stuff.

You put so many chemical and bullshit into your body and you let some weak, old, out of shape guy like me own you.

Challenges I offered to you:

1) Deadlifting
2) Pull ups
3) Rowing
4) Any of my workouts

Declined on all of them...and you actually think you can get me to some bullshit like a 'strict curl'?

I bet you and then what?  You'll just stomp your feet and throw another temper tantrum that your chrons, anemia, IBS, allergies, gout, arthritis, etc. is acting up.

You’re serious about curling more than 150!!!

Hahahahhahaha, like that’s even serious weight.

I curled 156.5 at my first contest. I will curl more next time but yeah I needed some fractional plates and a better curl bar with longer sleeves.

Anything over 160 starts breaking state and age group records 170 plus and you are competing in the top open division competitions

Everyone of those is a cardio based activity you don’t want to see who can lift more and the only lift you want to compete are deadlift and squat which go on my knees real fair competition. What actually matters arms chest shoulders what lift correlates to an actual bodybuilder build with big arms and shoulders strict curl.

275 is greater than 225 last I checked. So you have a camera and can make a video good for you. Now let's make it interesting you want to go 275? No belt? I wear a belt for a hernia not my back. I can go barefoot if you want. Do you want to drop the knee sleeves? We can do that. Because 225lbs for high reps is just cardio. Let's see some strength.
