Here is one flexing them again I don’t think they are that bad. I was working squats for a while to bring in the posterior change now I will do extensions for a bit to bring out the detail. But I have added several inches to the quads the last few years and they are functional and strong. I can run I can squat I am happy with that. More size will slowly come back. It is hard to show detail post workout. Legs need to be fresh to get that deep detail flex. But like I said I think they are ok
There is absolutely no difference, flexed or unflexed. They are absolutely atrocious they are twigs.
