It’s funny you say that because my leg injuries are what first got me into the gym training seriously to begin with but yes I have injuries and setbacks I could not walk 4 years ago. All things considering I thing my legs are doing GREAT right now. Saying I never trained legs is just not accurate

It took 5 grams of gear for you to look like this and it destroyed your hair....

This is as close as I could come to straightening  the leg in 2019 due to fluid in the knee. I did not think I would walk unassisted again. I was begging the doctors for help it was bad. They were draining 100cc of fluid every other week. I could not stand up much less walk or run or enjoy my life I was crippled now I am not

Nonsense I have never taking anywhere near that much gear and my Dad never  lifted a weight and I have more hair than him at my age. I can walk run and play with my son that is what counts and I am not in constant agony

6 maybe 7 sets of 25-30 reps

I thought 15 reps was cardio?

Here is one flexing them again I don’t think they are that bad. I was working squats for a while to bring in the posterior change now I will do extensions for a bit to bring out the detail. But I have added several inches to the quads the last few years and they are functional and strong. I can run I can squat I am happy with that. More size will slowly come back. It is hard to show detail post workout. Legs need to be fresh to get that deep detail flex. But like I said I think they are ok

Yeah not sure what part of I was on a cane and could not walk in 2019 you guys don’t seem to get. These were the legs in 2019 after another serious knee injury trying to bring the legs back in the summer of 2018. I could not stand I could not straighten the leg I was in constant pain. I was on a cane for almost a year.  I have come a long way since then.

But you were in the army and able to fight in mma?

It’s all bullshit and you have been caught lying several times.

Honestly and this is going to blow your mind the difference is I was not squatting at all then. I learned a secret doing rehab years ago. Leg extensions bring out the quad detail. All I was doing at that time for legs was leg extensions (I also kite surfed several hours a day). I have dialed back the leg extensions the last few months to focus on squats. But my lower back is giving me issues so I am going to focus on leg extensions for a bit again. They bring out the detail when lean which makes the legs look better. But you also have to be able to contract and flex them hard which you can not do post workout. Squats bring up the overall volume but do nothing for detail. I have brought up the volume I will work on the detail for a bit now then back to volume. Again I assure you it’s not a matter of different magic pills just a matter of training and time. Based on where I am at now I could get back to that in a few months if I really focused on leg extensions. But I had to get back to a baseline first you can’t just start training 100% after a break and an injury you have to work your way back and it takes time.
