My weight has been slowly creeping up and it is despite not drinking soda or gatorade or eating sweets I have been eating moderately and clean and I am still back up to 230lbs. It makes sense given my training and schedule just happy to see it.

Last night was the first night I ate out in a week. The restaurant had excellent high quality food. And that chili on the kosher cheese dogs is homemade venison chilli. It's also real shredded cheese. And the Kosher hot dogs are much healthier than regular hot dogs. It's actually very high quality food. And yeah I had a soda or 2 that probably added a little more temp weight. I have just been drinking water for weeks. But I still weighed 230lbs last night I am still 227lbs right now. I am nowhere near 190lbs. And the feet are vascular. I am not bloated. I am very solid and feeling healthy no digestion issues. And I have been lifting heavy. But whatever weird calculus you want to do with Jeff to explain how 230lbs=175lbs is fine by me. I am huge and it's arm day with my new Rogue bar you can't bring me down today.  I don't even have to work tomorrow life is good.

1) Did you seriously just claim your feet are vascular??   Holy hell...that is got to be one of the DUMBEST things I have read from you in a long time. 

2) You got called out for your one stork picture with the bloated stomach.  Otherwise all you ever post is when you are flexing your abs.  You stomach protrudes so fucking much from the GH you use.

3) You have digestive issues...they just didn't flare up yet you fucktard.

I  stood on stage on the 4th November at 196lbs, I currently weigh 210 or thereabouts after 100mgs a week of test since the show

Hanky stepped onstage at 196lb  (20lbs overweight) after weighing 220 a week before his show

Hanky is all piss/shit and drug bloat

The ability to gain and lose weight so fast is clearly nothing to do with lean body mass

Its far more likely his weight loss is down to his anal douching with his shower hose before one of his fuck buddies arrives to plow his ass.

To be honest today is my first day even trying this bar so I haven’t experimented with a lot of grips yet but I plan to try different grips. The Rogue is less supinated and a little wider than the Gopher based on my current hand placement but yeah I will try wider in both as they both have multiple spots you can grab. . I think it is probably best to do some variety but I do think the supinated is less stress on the wrist.

They are actually really nice plates. They are easy to pick up and change and also don’t do damage when I accidentally hit stuff with them I have had them for a decade. The bar weighs 30lbs it’s not a ton but it’s a working set.

Use whatever plates you want these are high quality 45lb steel plates covered in rubber with 360 degree hand holds if you can’t see the advantage in that not my problem.
