I said if you take away the wall not if you put your heels on the wall again you guy just want to make up nonsense it is a clearly defined competitive lift. I didn’t make it up nor did any 1 organization.
It`s far from the true meaning of being done strictly.
Try it with 100 pounds,step a few feet away from the wall and try it using just biceps strength alone.
Nobody`s going to care about a crappy lift that is defined as strict, but is performed in a way that`s far from being what strict actually and truly is......it must draw incredibly huge crowds.

I predict that this pastime,and the fakes that participate in it, will go the way of the dinosaur before too long.
