Bodyweight 225lbs 19 inch arms and abs no one gives a fuck about deadlifts and squats or snatches how big is your chest shoulders and arms without being fat that’s what actually counts let’s be real for a minute
Actually,no one gives a fuck about "strict" curls that aren`t even performed strictly.
Powerlifting is about testing the overall bodys power/strength which is what they are doing with the big 3 lifts......fuck curling,especially since it`s not even about biceps strength the way you guys do them,it`s all front delt,elbows up with a flip,and no negative control whatsoever......simply stated,it`s all technique without even coming close to measuring arm strength.
