So when I do an elite curl for my bodyweight it’s fake?? Am I not performance training? When I had shredded and you all said just abs no strength so I do a little powerlifting focus on strength and performance  which puts on a couple pounds and now all of a sudden I am obese and it’s all just fake??

I can’t wait for you guys to tell me how I only have one arm when I am breaking records at curling

This is the supposedly atrophied nerve damaged arm curling 166.5lbs  looks pretty damn swole to me

I weigh full and empty you need to know your range mean and standard deviation  if you are trying to hit the max top of a weight class with a Saturday morning weigh in. Also my body goes through phases I need to understand where it is at for my recovery and training. I need to know my hydration if I am overtraining and losing weight etc etc

That sounds like something only an elite athlete would do. Dialed-in to the max. The Arnold here we come

There was no contest that was my actual daily condition in Maui I was kitesurfing diving surfing and lifting daily

170lbs is considered an elite curl for the 220lbs weight class. I managed to curl 166.5lbs 2 weeks ago. I will make 220lbs and I will curl 170lbs soon enough this qualifying for next years Arnold as an elite curler

I can sure as hell try. I was doing some things different than I can do again when ready. I also had rather bad re- injuries  to the knees which caused total atrophy in both legs. However slowly but surely they are coming back. Of course I am working against the clock now but I do think I can still add more muscle than I lose each year for a few more years. That is one reason I am hesitant to lean out much less cut to 198lbs ever again. I only have a few years left I can grow. I can always get shredded. You guys might be surprised what I look like by mid summer.

I am 511 and over 225lbs ( appetite actually stopped today) I will lean out a little bit before training heavy tomorrow morning. I like to be lighter when I train. But there is nothing small about me.

5'-9" and 185 lbs is a common size for a 15 year old.

Only took you 30 years of 2 grams a week of illegal drugs to get there.

Your version of heavy are quick little warm up weights for everyone else.

It depends what you do what is your lifestyle are you lifting weights are you doing cardio are you eating a lot how is your health are you drinking booze and staying up late or eating healthy and getting plenty of sleep where would you be if you stopped working out??? You act like there is only 1 variable I can look fantastic at a lower leaner bodyweight probably what most people would consider better than I look now but I don’t want to drop any weight I am perfectly happy with my current condition I am trying to make gains.
