Authorities don’t know dosages. The affidavit read vials. Feds, etc. go by weight of the substance. Like with pills it’s read to them as a “pill” regardless of dosage (number of pills) required per pill for a recommended dose. If they busted her for powders the charge would’ve read manufacturing. Any powder substance they’re going to charge for manufacture and a lawyer can present evidence.
There were just 6 vials or so and some pills. Was definitely a small personal order but authorities don’t know juice and have always used weight of the substance. It’s a good scare tactic too for cooperation.
