You can laugh all you want but if the API, active pharmaceutical ingredient, tests out as the right compound and is of acceptable purity, you end up with a pure product even with simple tools, as good as any pharmaceutical hormone. Sterility comes from heating the product and running through a Whatman filter which sterilizes it. Differences to pharma gear could come from UG labs using more benzyl alcohol to reduce the chance of the hormone crystallizing and coming out of solution (can happen with pharma gear too, read the pamphlets that come with Rx test) and to make it easier to get a higher dosage product going into solution easier. This can irritate injection sites. Some pharma gear might contain .9% BA whereas UG might be 2%. Otherwise the gear is good. The key of course is making sure you have quality raw material.
You seem to think the Chinese can't produce steroid hormones, they don't have the capacity. Is this logical to you? There is huge demand for hormones but the Chinese or Indians just can't do it?
Anyway, this is how it's done nowadays. You could always brew some up yourself and get levels tested. If someone does a gram of homebrew test and is tested at 5000ng/dl it's still fake because it's made in China?
Like I've said before, go view Pumping Iron. Then view an Olympia tape. The guys in PI look natural by today's standards. But guys today use fake hormones? If it's fake hormones then that's what I'd prefer. The gear in the 70s obviously sucked compared to today. I'm sarcastic of course. Guys today are bigger because they use more drugs. Real drugs.
