That is their spin, realistically I think they know Heath doesn't have it anymore. There were some pictures, etc... of his hernia repair, and it wasn't looking good relatively speaking.

Basically his midsection is wrecked and will only look worse dieted down.  Plus he has gotten lazy.  Sees Kai making the dolla-dollas outside of BBing and wants to try to emulate him without having to diet and compete.  (He won't succeed.)

Of all the Mr. Olympias, he probably is the most ignored and least respected.
