Epic has a mortgage that is underwater and a ton of debt with various collection agencies from a failed business in Boise Idaho.  I will say its a very nice house he lives at...very nice

Epic looks by all accounts from his pictures i got quite successful...however given the amount of debt , he clearly has a negative net worth.  Technically my singlewide home is worth more than his house and i dont owe anything or have any debts.. credit or otherwise.  I have a positive net worth of 90k not even counting the value of my online businesses and domain names i own.

Its not a bank, its a collection agency.   They collect on any unpaid debts owed.   I don't hear you denying unpaid bills along with being behind on your mortgage payments....in fact your mortgage is more than what your house is worth.   Meanwhile your ex-wife has a home worth 450k with a mortgage at 150k.   Not fair is it
