I think Epic is right on watch issue.

Buy one entry level Rolex that will appreciate with value or a dozen $200 - $300 watches.

I’m not saying Vince has bad watches either.

I agree , i used to do the same with watches if i found one of value at an estate sale.  However,  he seems to be buying them at full retail.  If he can flip it, more power to him...but he just needs to understand that shouldnt define yourself on the stuff you wear.  I can go out and buy a Rolex if i want but i see no need to have it

100% on Rolex. I buy and sell Rolex watches as well as collect them for the last 15 years and nothing appreciates like them. If you can walk into An AD and find a Rolex 116500 daytona which is 13400 you can sell it same day for 35k. Yes it’s very hard to find any rolexes in any store now but sometimes you luck out.
