The First Callout at the 2021 Mr. Olympia started with these six competitors.
Who will take the top three spots...

Ramy Mamdouh Elssbiay
Hadi Choopan
William Bonac
Brandon Curry
Hunter Labrada
Nick Walker

Hadi was the best. Only distraction was the horribly shot up shoulders. The oil made the lumps even more noticeable, fresh looking lumps too, like he just filled them up with something irritating.

Ramy looked like shit. Not as good as last year. Real funky looking proportions and lines, awkward poses. Horrible rear lat spread. Weird front relaxed.

Hard to call it, I don't like Ramy winning. Brandon just isn't in good enough shape and too small in certain areas but apparently they want those for top 2. Nick is ugly but could in my opinion be top 3 beating genetically better bodybuilders because he's in shape.

I beg to differ. Ramy isn't quite as shredded as last year, but even at nearly three bills, he can do a bit of a vacuum.

Curry looks great. He may get the title back.

I only saw clips on youtube, but if that is the way the whole show was shot, I hope there's a way in the future to have better camera coverage, maybe some hand held cameras closer to the stage to cut back and forth to, because to have just one stationary camera area, some of the competitors have to be cut off to get a close up, and the whole point is to look at all five hitting each mandatory to compare them, especially at this Olympia where all top five really need to be compared to each other for each detail, as no one is as dominant as past generation Mr. Olympias. So to only get a shot of all five that far away, the fan at home misses the detail that could decide the show. And you lose a little quality when you just use a zoom instead of having a hand held camera up closer to the stage for closer shots. But I only saw youtube clips. Hope the whole show wasn't shot only like that

No, they did pull in tighter than that to compare individuals etc. I tend to post just long range screen caps of as many competitors as possible to try to give an over all picture

But with the line up last night there wasn't much detail to be missed anyway

Im just glad there was physiques like Arnold Bannout and Haney back 30 years ago,to inspire me to train, no way looking at those walking side effects would i have ever wanted to be a bodybuilder, you have the reigning Mr Olympia winning that show with no lower lats, calves, symmetry, and i think he still deserves to win, as the other guys are missing even more. No doubt guys are bigger but they look terrible, any normal person would think they must be mentally ill to do that themselves no different to a person who pierces or tattoos themselves excessively. 28 years on and yates 93 makes them look like amateurs.
