Back to my earlier point...as we get older, is there anything we can do to get a "best of both worlds" scenario, regarding staying lean AND minimizing wrinkles? Or do we all simply HAVE to pick one?
Also, when I went to the Toronto Pro, I talked to a doctor who had an injectable filler clinic. I asked him if there was anything that I could use to look younger, and he recommended something called "Restylane". Apparently, this filler is made from natural sugars, and can help reduce the "hollowness" from under your eyes - and in the process make a person look a few years younger. The filler also lasts up to 18 months, apparently. A person can look maybe 3-5 years younger on the high end, if that part of your face is a big contributor of your individual facial aging [as it is for me - along with incoming white hairs].
Does anyone know anything about this? Is it safe? Or is there any filler that anyone here recommends?
Not everyone can age well like Monica, but if it's only going to cost me $600 or $1,000 to look a few years younger...I'll take it. Especially at 40.
