I was reading about Frank Richards. At the height of competition days he fell off a train platform and broke a lot of bones. He was out of training for ten years. He came back and competed. Then he was stabbed by someone and he was done.

I know Frank, he used to live near me
I was working on rail overhead power lines and fell, almost severed his foot and broke numerous other bones
Came back for the 1985 NOC and qualified for teh Olympia
He then got attacked and had his bicep torn pff the bone by someone hitting his arm with a fire extinguisher
He came back from that as well

His seminars were great, he held nothing back and had some great stories from back in the day, he was in Arnolds erea and Haneys

What culpability did he have in the "got attacked"?  Who would attack someone like that?

He is responsible for being attacked? You asked who would attack someone like that? Have you read what the members of this site have written?  It reads like the dregs of society got a web site.

The year I graduated high school. Born and raised in Washington DC. The Marion Barry era, the crack cocaine mayor. What a time to be alive...
