Can natural peanut butter be bad for kidneys like 8oz or so?
« on: October 30, 2021, 04:57:59 PM »
I know they say 100% fruit juice is excellent for kidneys even though its all sugar

Do the kidneys have a hard time processing natty pb because of all the fat?

My low back pain has dissapated over the past few days by drinking 64 oz of fruit juice a day, i thought fruit juice was a terrible idea but at my wits end, but researched that fruit juice is very beneficial for kidneys

Looking back when back pain increased , i had also increased protien from eggs milk and whey

Did you have back pain or kidney pain?  It's easy to mistake kidney pain for ordinary back pain and vise versa.

Peanut butter works in a kidney diet as a substitute for meat. Portion control is key. High sodium, high potassium, and high phosphorus foods should be limited or avoided. Pomegranate Juice is good for cleansing the kidneys. Basil is also good for your kidneys. Although high in calories and (good) fats, pesto has a lot of health benefits.

but why bad , i hear kidneys need a cirate paired from calcium like whey in order to secrete kidney oxalate or mineral deposite. If no calcium consumed with citrate then oxalate is reabsorbed

The only pain I ever had originating from my kidney area was a kidney stone.

Watch supplemented calcium (natural is okay) and add an acid to your diet like lemons or ACV.

Glad to hear you're doing better, Falcon. In my darkest hours, when I lay on what I assumed was to be my death bed, I prayed that God take me in order to be spared from the pain that I was in. Alas, he never heard me. It was at that point that I, too, turned to fruit juice.

Jeah, my personal advice would be:

don't eat peanuts.

Why? Because you have some mystery diseases.
Lot's of people react allergic to peanuts..+ it is to much fat.

Maybe you have a autoimune dissorder.
Triggered by certain foods.

Best way to find out is to eat only one Food peer week.
If it comes back you know which Food is the trigger.

Enzymes + Probiotics would be also a wise choice..

Too much of a good thing is bad because of the high potassium and high phosphorus in peanut butter. Moderation is key.

Hope it isn't your kidneys and just your back. When your kidneys aren't well, any diet is challenging, it is hard to know what to eat and what not to. I know a little about this.

Back pain is muscular pain, not the kidneys
