88% reporting, Youngkin is up 4.
This is hardly a surprise. No one expected Youngkin, if he won, to win by more than 3 points. The issue remains where are the remaining 12%. Unless almost ALL of it up north, Youngkin will likely hold on to the lead and win it.
McCauliffe just gave a speech, certainly not sounding like a guy who's about to get his hand raised. But, that remains to be seen.
