As a hobby...if you aren't blasting roids and eating 6 times a day for 4,000+ calories a day.
At that point, you may look good on the outside, but have the organs of an obese, drug addict.
Abs wont stop heart disease. Big biceps won't stop your liver or kidneys from failing.
Bodybuilding should never be confused with health and fitness.
