I initially found the R. Wyatt Mann cartoon on Google, and then searched a website called www.tineye.com where I found the comparison photo.

That being said - one area where we disagree:

I do think that the guy in the cartoon looks somewhat like Travis Scott. And no - I don't think "all Black people look the same" or anything. But I do feel there is some similarity here. And at the very least, this proves I did not create the comparison photo, as you can see it is present on numerous websites found here:

I had heard the name in relation to music but just assumed it was a country singer because of the two first names. Guess I was wrong.

The first time I ever heard the name Travis Scott was when I saw the headline below on the Drudge Report. Based on the image, I thought the two guys were rioters in front of a burning building and that Travis Scott might have been a country singer, like Travis Tritt or Randy Travis.
