Nope, but I've done much better this year 2021 than last year and 2020 was better than 2019

I've very aware that I've been fortunate to have done well during a time when many others have suffered (in many ways)

The only thing that sucks is having to wear a mast in the gym but these days I split my time between the gym and working out in my garage so it's not totally terrible

I also walk outside rather than on treadmill and I like that better

when I walked in the gym for cardio I usually do 3 miles at 4.5 mph hour (so it takes 45 minutes) and I would use a 4% incline.

I also used to sometimes walk on the treadmill for about 10 or 15 minutes before starting a leg workout. 

when I walk outside I have this path that I can walk around few blocks that that is a bit over a half mile so I usually do 6 rotations and it takes me about 48 minutes.  When you walk outside you have to be more careful because you can easily trip or slip on things (at the moment it's wet leaves).  Walking outside gives you sunshine (Vitamin D), fresh air, etc.. so I now think its preferable to walking on a treadmill in a gym

I agree that walking outside is preferable to walking on treadmill. I've noticed BigRob saying hes been doing outside walks for cardio, I'm just curious to the intensity levels (casual or powerwalk) everyone is doing.

I've posted a bunch of my garage gym pics on other threads.  I can effectively work all body parts but variation is limited and that's a problem.  There are some things that I prefer at home over the gym and vice versa.

I remember the disinfectant comment from April/May 2020. I don’t think that Trump planned to say it, but he did say something that was definitely wrong. He should’ve just let the scientists that were there give the advice. The problem with your conclusion is that all mouthwash including Listerine is not a disinfectant at all, normal or otherwise, ideal or otherwise, useful or otherwise.

Disinfectant and antiseptic are terms that describe USES of a product. A chemical can be used as both an antiseptic and a disinfectant. Disinfectant is used on surfaces. Antiseptics can be used on or in people. A product sold as a mouthwash will only be referred to as antiseptic. ETOH (ethyl alcohol) can be used in another product and be called disinfectant. To actually take the time to look on Listerine’s website to attempt finding the word “disinfectant” would require some woeful ignorance.

The Japanese use Listerine to prevent Covid (and many other viruses) all the time. By taking it into their bodies. Forbes magazine and others ran articles citing research that showed INGESTION OF (DISINFECTANT) antiseptic mouthwash can help prevent Covid.
