Can't say I'm surprised - he suddenly downsized was it last year?  Maybe the year before... then slowly his size crept back up

Worst thing(s) you can do when a doctor tells you that you have heart problems :

1- ignore it
2- carry high levels of body weight.  Either fat or muscle.

Golias will be 39 in May, so he should consider slowing down. Doubt any of the big guys stop though. What else can can they do? That was the problem with Rhoden, he had no other options. That’s why he was pushing 300 at 46.
Kali seems to realize just how fucking lucky he was. Hopefully he learns. He has gets residuals and has money coming in. Maybe he can use this to open some people’s eyes.

what if bodybuilders REALLY didn't eat "clean" all the time - saturated fat, cholesterol wrecking foods, high levels of meat, blood thick as snot 24/7 pumping thru veins making them swell up like garden hoses, heart working harder than you ever have in the gym just to get blood to your fckn feet

if I had to guess the ones who have "heart problems' would typically be ~200lb men on a good day in a regular life, John meadows looks like he would have owned/manged a Radio Shack or the electronics section in a Best Buy, Shawn Rhoden apparently had heart attacks and didn't tell anyone another dude who would prob be 175lbs if he never took an anabolic - so if you're a regular type dude who uses absorbent amounts of gas just to impress people around you would just laugh and post menial shit after you die for them

You'd think Kali muscle would be more concerned abut his new wife, kid ,and numerous cars he posts about - but who would he be without the gas??
