Half this stuff I don't even use. The only issue is - I hate not having it there when I need it.

My policy is usually this: if I use it once every 15 months...I'll keep it.

Regarding my legs - I have absolutely under-trained them over the years. Because I compete in u-80kg Strongman contests [about 175-lb], I generally maintain ok strength - 385x2 below parallel squats / competition form.

My back...that's just genetic though. It sucks.

Do you mind elaborating on your point there?

Do you suppose I could eliminate biceps from back by training biceps to exhaust prior to back training? Even with bad back genetics, I'd be happy to give any tips a shot.

Ass backwards, if you'll pardon the pun :D  Even if you're using your biceps too much, they're the weak link in pulling and rowing movements.  Why make them even weaker?

Try pre-exhaustion.  A good pullover machine kicks ass.  Lacking one, straight-armed pulldowns can do a fair job of isolating the lats.  But the key is form.  More on that in a minute.

A.  Your pecs aren't all that bad.
B.  As I alluded, form, form, form.  I've seen footage of you benching.  It reminded me of a crazy, if nice, dude, "Walkingbeast," from the old Elite Fitness board.  I would talk about my HIT/DC hybrid training and how it worked for me.  He respectfully responded that my routine was a "warm-up" for him, a dude used to 30+ sets per body part.

Then he shared clips of his training.

He was strong, but his "sets" of 12 with 275 (or whatever) saw him bouncing the bar off his sternum so hard you could swear you heard bones breaking; combined with doing mostly bottom half reps, the TUT per set was pathetic...12 "reps" in as many seconds?

Of *course* more volume, at least in terms of sets, would be required :/ 

Incidentally, that's one big issue I have with people comparing volume and HIT, irrespective of how you define the terms in the sense of sets...namely, TUT.  The set and rep paradigm is ok for the masses, but when you get down to the brass tacks, it's more complicated.

I am running the risk of getting flat though. Usually I lose too much muscle when I cut weight.

Even Gaspari SIZEON - excellent product. Not sure how available it is in Canada these days though.

My advice?

Train hard with better form.  Lose the brackets when you mean to, or should, use parentheticals.

Why do you have so many cleaning products on your toilet.

2) bath tub cleaner
3) windex for the mirror

at the most.. or hire a Mexican maid

you may want to train the rest of your body like back and legs.

Over developed arms.. which makes me think every pulling exercise you do, you pull with your bicep hence the lack of any back development.

Matt C is not going to win any bodybuilding contests but he's a pretty strong guy.

Winning a bodybuilding contest plus  90 cents wont even buy you a cup of coffee.

I have a ton of trophies.....nobody knows it or would care even if they did.......even I could give a shit about most of them.

My pasion was training my ass off.....looking good was just a perk.

What is striking about Matt's pics is his delts, particularly front delts. They are comparatively huge.

As far as his overall physique, this is how he will look regardless of his training and size. He would just get bigger overall, the proportions would remain.

That is because he is pressing with his delts he needs to take them out of the movement by rolling them back before doing presses also changing the angle from 90 to something closer to 45 degrees on his elbows will help

You need to understand, I don't just lose a pound. Let alone after eating a meal that likely weighed around one pound.

I bought a 20g pack about 2-3 weeks ago, and took a few grams, then put it away.

I didn't think much of it, to be honest.

Meanwhile, this time it settled nicely, and I lost that weight.

I don't know what to make of it.

Have any unvaccinated Getbiggers tried this?

matt u got arms and delts but you have no core and no back no legs . I see no lat taper . Youve got beach muscles. If ur trying to level up you need more apple juice orange juice and grape juice. If u want to. Look more ripped u must know youre holding water and have no fat to lose, you need size

In reality, changing exercise mechanics seldom change physical proportions. The body almost always develops just the way it wants, we aren't so much sculptors at all. All we can do is avoid neglecting weak parts and see what happens.

Matt obviously has a lot of androgen receptors and many muscle fibers in his delts.

So I took 2x 2g more in the past 14 hours, and it definitely kept my CV weight off.

I bought a 25g bag, and once it's gone, I don't intend to buy more. A few of my friends have been addicted to it.

So yeah, that's that. Imagine that.

I'm pretty intrigued by it though. It makes me somewhat interested in taking ephedrine or something.

I feel like my body won't let me get much leaner than I've already been, and my stomach is a major problem area. I'd love to get to 10% body fat - but it may not genetically be in the cards at my age [if it ever was].

I'll have another 2g in a few minutes here, and report back.

I took another 2.5 grams at 10:40pm, and I'm down another 1.6-lb now.

Zero chance this is a scale discrepancy or anything else - since starting my new diet, I've been rather [extremely] meticulous at checking my weight.

I count every calorie now too, using an app called "Lose It!" [Calorie counting app].

So yeah, go figure.

Man, I've been on under 50 grams of carbs a day for the past f*cking week, and I just take some opiate knockoff and lose multiple pounds without so much as taking a piss?

You are not crazy.
It is a side effect of Kratom and it goes both ways, i gained 9 Pounds in one Day and it scared me..

I think it is Histamin related which is a complex topic, too complex to generalize in a few sentences..

Kratom releases lots of Histamin + it has negative effects on intestinal health,
which is bad because you need a healthy bowel to dismantle Histamin.
