Guy was smarter than 99.9999% of bodybuilders. Took an average physique and built a financial empire. I am surprised he is still alive though as I figured he would have died of a cocaine overdose decades ago. The guy was so hyped he made Tony Robbins look like a cadaver.

He sold various exercise equipment through the years with the Ab Isolator being the first I think and was even selling buffalo burgers on QVC a few years ago. I still have the Ab Isolator.

Just read whether it's true or not that Little's informercials generated 3 billion in sales. Google has him listed as worth 200 million. I find that hard to believe but he did have his hand in a lot of ventures.

He was a regular on QVC for years selling many different machines, programs and yummy buffalo burgers. :P

The 30 day "trial" is typical infomercial bullshit. Notice the "minus shipping and handling", and remember they can charge what they want for "handling" as that means putting it in the box, loading it, etc. And it's a 30 day "trial" so if you wait more than a couple days to return it, you have to send that big fuckin thing priority mail, which will cost more than the product. So buying it and returning it costs more than keeping the fuckin thing. Same as the old "three easy payments of $19.99" crap. No infomercial has a payment plan. Call and order something and ask to make payments. They'll laugh in your face. Their theory is that you pay it all up front and you can make payments to your credit card in three easy payments. But few have a credit card with no finance charges, so include finance charges and you are NOT getting that product for three easy payments of $19.99.

FTC cracked down on some of this bullshit but it still goes on. These fake free trials and payment plans that don't exist.
