Joe Weider allegedly spoke about the power Hitler had...past tense.

But then Dan seems to suggest Joe said this statement when he [Joe] was 19, which Joe turned on November 29th, 1938. That following year was during the height of Hitler's then CURRENT power, so Lurie speaking about Joe reminiscing about Hitler's power [past tense] seems strange to me.

Or was Weider reading Hitler books for decades of his life, starting at age 19?

Lol...when was Joe reading these books, allegedly, according to Dan Lurie? Pre- or post-September 1st, 1939? Because that's when WWII started, and that makes a huge difference in the context of Joe's Hitler admiration, I would say - assuming Lurie's claim is truthful.

Can any Getbigger born in the 1920's verify whether or not this conversation between Joe Weider and Dan Lurie took place in 1938?

Scumbag Aceto....in an RX interview this year....states very firmly and clearly....that huge homo-shmoe-pec slapping niple pinching AAU-NABBA coach, Bob Gruskin....taught him how to be a man. And that Gruskin was his father figure. That should tell you a ton about Aceto andhos demented, twisted views. Bob Gruskin was one of the original guru's of diet and drugs. He produced tons of AAU and NABBA champs. No discrediting his wisdom. But Gruskin was a known schmoe who hand picked his future champions-experiments from their teen years. Teenage up and coming young males. Would gain the trust of their naive parents and get them muscled. Just watch the Bob Gruskin tribute on RX with Aceto...Jeff King and others. In all fairness do we know if aceto was providing his "coaching" services to Rhoden at the time? Aceto mostly gets involved during the contest prep phase. Rhoden could have been handling his own bulking phase.

In all honesty....I got caught up in the recent madness of the Aceto-Rhoden "gossip" recently. Hence my post.
