In my mid 30's I got fat because I ate and drank way too much, and was just bro lifting.  Got fat strong, but still fat.   Until cut back calories and did more circuit training, the weight just get going up.   Now at 46 in good shape and have it all under control.

Im not as fat as people think i am...i was the same size as my father when he was a powerlifter months ago but i weigh less.  No longer eating out and if i do , its either salad or a few slices of bread that i get at the Swordfish Club...but it will take time
