And back in Barrie, Ontario Canada the low-level software salesman Vaughn Klingsiek is looking at his maxxed out Visa card, his ugly wife Tanis, his best friend - who fucks Tanis, and his 1,400 square foot house while realizing he will never be an XFactor baller like Melvin Goodrum.

Kudos to Goodrum, he keeps the senile old prick Basile in his place.

All I got out of this is images of henda’s hairy chest and you barbell squatting

I took a break from squats for a while.

Hearing about Pellius passing away was very depressing and I just didn’t feel like working out. I’m feeling better now and I’m starting back up working out, but concentrating on my flat benching and trying to learn how to do chins properly.

I was doing a fair bit of running lately because it is Christmas Party season and I’m basically obligated to go the little black party dress look. I sent Henda a photo of my deltoids because they are key in wearing a sleeveless dress.

And of course I laugh at the irony of Shizzo being banned for stupidity in a Pellius thread. Phil would have found that hilarious.

No i coiuldnt afford the fee.  Couldnt get more than 20 bucks a john for your momma.  She was the Dollar General of ho's

My momma died at age 61 in 1985. This was a year after she married her third husband who took her to Europe for a month on their honeymoon. For an old lady, she did okay....just a little better than $20.

With that amount of money flow, I’m sure it could be worth it.  But Mr Goodrum I suspect is not using his credit cards like that at this point.

I use two: a chase card that  gives 1.5% back on everything and the Amazon card that gets 5% back on Amazon purchases.  0% annual fee.  A card that offered better rewards but charged annual fee wouldn’t be worth it for me, but everyone is different

Isn't you Amazon card with Chase bank? Mine is.

Does it even matter so long as he's wearing a $37,500 wrist watch?

Stupidity?

I use it in place of my debit card.  I have more money in the bank because of that.  1300 in savings and 105,000 points.  Just used 15000 of them to buy new funishing for the house.  I should have done this years ago

15000 points Is a 150 bucks what you buy big spender a lamp :D ;D

Your glaciers comment is pretty good never heard that one haha

Its a charge card, balance has to be paid in full every month.  I dont believe in credit cards

You do have the option for “pay over time” for any charge over $100 but they beat you over the head on interest charges if you do that, so stick to hour plan and just pay it monthly.

With what you get back, if you travel, the annual fee pays for itself. You get $200 in credit to an airline of your choice which is great as well as free admission to Delta Skyclub. Also, if you got the business version, you’ll get 1.5 points for any charge over $5,000 so take advantage of that. It’s been a long time since I’ve paid for a plane ticket since I just transfer to Delta sky miles account. Good shit VVVV.

Using a debit card is for saps.  My credit card gives me 1000's of dollars back each year all for buying goods with someone else's money.  Never paid $1 in interest.

But you bought also spent money you normally wouldn't have on useless items as you chased points while cluttering your house. And if it's true that you spend zero in interest, for every one person who manages that, there are 100,000 people who sink into debt. Credit Cards are for saps.

So, who's fault is it that someone else can't manage money and we can? I get tons of money and I got $7,000 back last year with using my chase cards. I don't understand your argument like it's responsible peoples fault for using credit cards the correct way.  ??? ??? Should anyone buy shit they don't need just to accumulate points? No. Hell no. I like the chase trifecria and use it alot actually but don't get on your high horse because dumbasses can't use credit cards the responsible way. If you don't like free money, it's cool. I have 16 credit cards and each one has its own purpose.  8) 8)

I enjoy free money as much as the next guy I suppose. That's where owning rental properties has really paid off. It's virtually zero work as I use a property management company to handle the properties. So I just pay for everything up front. If I want more money I just buy another property. Haven't had a mortgage in years either. Anyone serious about money knows Credit Cards are for suckers.

I paid $7k for a surgery and was just gonna say, "Fuck it" and pay debit which was good enough for me but I sat there and said, "I'll get back to you in that." so, I went home and looked at which credit card had the best bonus, points or whatever they were offering if you spent $4k in fhe first 3 months which I would be able to get when swiping a card for $7k surgery. So, why would I use a debit card when I would have gotten shit back or used a credit card and gotten $2,400 back in travel points or $1,900+ in cash back which brought the surgery to $5k. ??? ??? Credit cards can be used like a tool that can kill you or you can let it do the work for you and give you money back. I understand rental properties, investments,.. Etc but explain to me why I would wanna turn down free money for sliding a debit or credit card?  ??? I had a few accounts through chase, citi,.. Etc where soke company's in Germany were hitting me with $17, $22, $12,..etc charges from a account I forgot about and stole like $4,000 from me and I had to sign affidavits to have the bank go back and get my money where as any credit card I uses alerts on my phone and its good for me.

Sounds like a lot of mental gymnastics. Personally I don't have a "coupon cutter's" mentality. I have an "abundance" mentality. If I need to pay 7 thousand for a surgery (that's what insurance is for BTW), I open my wallet and hand over the green. There's plenty more where that came from. No stress.

You own investment properties but don't use leverage which is the main benefit of investing in real estate?

Good point about medical insurance. Maybe his surgery was optional, as in plastic surgery, which insurance doesn't generally cover. My max inpatient services runs just under $400 a day for the first 4 days, beyond that is 100% covered. Meaning my max out of pocket expense is $1,600. Outpatient day surgery is $275.

"Leverage" isn't a benefit. It is a strategy used to buy property when the buyer lacks the immediate funds. "Profit" is the main benefit of investing in real estate. Borrowing always costs more than paying cash. I choose to pay cash.
