Yea I visited someone in a hospital this past week (not for covid) and he shared the room with others.  One guy is 94.  Another was only 48 but had diabetes and looked elderly because of the diabetes and obesity and he had a big uncovered bloody infected abscess on his leg.  A surgeon was there explaining to him he didn't to have it cleaned out soon or try antibiotics that may not work.  So he had to choose and both are risky since he has diabetes, and he can die.   There are some really weak people on the verge of death who survived this "deadly pandemic" still hanging on to life.    The fake news and they way they are counting covid deaths has a lot of useful idiots tricked.    People are dying WITH covid not from covid it sure seems to me.

Also, I turned 40 just last month. I explain it like this:

It gets harder every 10 years.

I don't have much to worry about. In 10 years I will have more. Another 10 years after that, I will have more yet.

Healthy diet, exercise, supplementing with 3-5 thousand International Units of Vitamin D [which has been known to greatly reduce infection] will all help us stave off injury and illness/death.

These things won't necessarily save us - but they do help.

So...tell me why I should be worried about this virus at age 40, in good health [no health conditions], and with an optimal BMI?

I'm now 61 & I don't worry about China virus why would I - there are so many other things that
Could get Me.. I don't worry abut those either - what sort of Life would that be , Being afraid
of so many things.

I do eat cleanly & take a wide spectrum of Vits & minerals , have low body fat, train hard
& do cardio - Though at 5"6' & weighing around 230lbs I am aware that many would say I should drop Muscle mass & be lighter. I don't wish to & am happy.

There are risks involved in pretty much all we do in every day life.
For me I try to have a reasonable balance in what I do. Note I did say try.

Fact is we're all going to Die some young some not so ,some healthy others not.
No nones beaten the Grime Ripper Yet when he comes calling,
Though I intend to go out with a Fight. 

As much as Possible enjoy your day to day Life.
