My post COVID hacking cough is still hanging in there. It gets marginally better each day. At this rate, I will still be coughing for another 6 months. I have lost a total of 9 lbs. since getting COVID. Coughing tightens the abdominals...that's the only positive thing I can think of to say right now.

I do question the vaccine conspiracy.

Serious myocarditis risk only appears to be around 1 in 10,000. I expected it to be closer to 1 in 500!!

I expected more heart attacks and strokes, and more deaths.

I would say the vaccine is useless for those under 30, as the risk of being injured from the vaccine is higher than the risk from the virus.

But I expected to be able to say that for anyone under age 65. It's DEFINITELY true for <30 people...but not necessarily <65.

As of two days ago, only 392 Canadians under age 40 have died of Covid. Almost all of whom had cancer or other diseases.

There are 18,532,779 Canadians under age 40.

So 18,532,387 of 18,532,779 Canadians under 40 have survived. Is that what you call "high risk"?

That's 99.998% in his age group who survived.

Just one? Why would I be worried about a cause of death that one person died of? Lol. Don't get me wrong - I worry about it slightly more than I worry about getting struck by lightning, but not nearly as much as cancer or heart disease.

Unlikely. Outdoor spread is so rare, it is almost a myth. It's not impossible, but it's highly unlikely - even more unlikely in the cold weather.

Can you name any outdoor events that led to a high proportion of Covid cases, OAK? I'm not even aware of Lollapalooza causing that.

Do you have any examples?

I meant to say *almost* 50. I would go edit it now, but people will see your post, which is just as well.

Well...49 and 36 are a bit different...

The reality is, people drop dead of heart attacks at age 40-49 all the time.

No healthy person under 30 should be getting this vaccine. I'd say NO ONE under 30 - but certainly no HEALTHY person that age.

There will be lawsuits over the children who died. Even though Big Pharma has been given indemnity. Others will be sued.

30-39 is SOMEWHAT of a risk factor, as is 40-49.

I'd actually say no one under 65 who is not obese, and who does not have health conditions, should get this vaccine.

I treat it like I do a flu shot

In Canada, doctors are not allowed to give exemptions for those who are naturally immune.

My former doctor wanted to give exemptions for those who can prove natural immunity, but he's not allowed.

I had always assumed you had a hacking cough pre-Covid.  Now you're moving into the phase of cognitive dissonance of exaggerating your symptoms to not have to admit it was "just a cold".  Everyone I know who had Covid ranks it below the flu, below food poisoning, and below any time that they were in any way seriously ill.
