This book was written to cover up the incredible steroid gains made by York lifters. Hoffman claimed this was the secret to their gains. I checked the book out at the local library as a teenager convinced I had stumbled upon the secrets of the universe in muscle building! Three months later I had lost strength and all the muscle I had previously built.
