In one of the documentaries posted earlier in this thread, someone states that Andre literally never exercised and was still inhumanly strong.

I guess with enough circulating GH maybe you don't need to do things like lift to be strong.

FYI the full HBO documentary is on HBO Max if you have that.

Arnold would have been stronger in the lifts he practiced and Andre would have had much better brute overall strength.

NEITHER of them would have needed knee sleeves on their scrawny polio legs to squat 225 lbs though.

Here is Andre with the Iron Sheik, basically throwing him around like Sheik is a ragdoll.

For Andre to pick up the 6'0" / 250-lb Sheik like that...did that require much work on Sheik's part? I heard that the body slams were basically a combination of both wrestlers working together.

This seems incredibly strong to me but I guess it depends how much Sheik was "helping" Andre:

Obviously Sheik can't jump to that height so little help in this case.

I would imagine he would just straight leg that kind of weight, I don't see him getting down to bar height.

Who knows what a young in shape Andre would do? He was on high doses of natural GH 24/7/365 after all...
