He was 215lbs on stage and he spent 20 years of growing to get there. He was an under 200lb bodybuilder for a decade. He was never massive he was cut up and had a small aesthetic frame. Of course he is going to be under 200 post retirement he looks to have lost about 25lbs.

Well I have a friend whose got infected and they had to cut them out and she was on IV in a hopsital for weeks then she had to have drainage tubes to continue to let the infected puss leak out once she got home for several more weeks. Now her tits are a mangled mess. Meanwhile she had great titts to begin with. If it aint broke don't fuck it up. My arms my are ok not as big as I would like but decent not going to risk fucking them up with that shit. Also its just fucking stupid I don't want anything in my muscles fucking them up and killing them. Dexter was always a structurally small guy, even at his biggest if you put him in normal clothes he would get dwarfed in a room of normal guys. There's a photo of Roelly posing with some asian soldiers where he is getting absolutely dwarfed and Roelly was far bigger than Dexter.
