well i was born in 1974 so i basically grew up in the mid-late 70s and the 80s and at that time the blue-eyed blondie was presented as angel wifey ie. she does no wrong and brings love and fullfillment to the man's heart

we had farrah fawcett, goldie hawn, joan van ark, jessica lange, etc. and also i was a marvel comic book fan as a young child and in those comics was sue storm ie. mrs. fantastic and i fell in love with her when i was 5 or 6

Good read, yeah our culture and media have a huge influence about things like how to look, how to behave, what to eat, what music to listen to, etc... It's a good thing to be aware of this when you make important choices in your life.
