That's a decent price since, there prob aren't that much flights on this route. So after this it takes another 150-200 km by bus to reach those igloos or can I take a small plane?
Yes you can take a buss from Rovaniemi, it's about 3 hours drive. That would probably be preferable. But watch out the RUS tourists... they park like bosses but we are not used to it here
