actually i'm damn near image 4 and soon to be 5
you see, i finally joined a fucking gym as i've decided to chuck this home training
so what does this mean?
well, it means that now i can train my pecs and lats properly and therefore they will return to thier former glory and even a bit past that point 
still not sure what to do about legs though lol
No, you're def not like image 4 & 5, but in case you don't believe me, feel free to start a poll here on GB with those images and some pics of you.
Anyway, it's good that you joined a gym. Just train your whole body, unless you're a silly douchebag, "training for the girls".
