get down to a dry sub-5 and then let me know just how big your arms are 
p.s. i finally joined the gym and have chucked the home training, and i've been focusing on barbell curls and barbell bench press and let's just say that my arms and pecs are really starting to shine through 
i've gained 7 pounds over the last 10 days and my ab skinfold is still @ 4 mm 
don't ask about my legs though lol
This is not a knock.
I have no interest in sub 5...wouldn't even know what it is..I have a six pack and that's good enough for me..I'd rather look like I lift.. when I wear a t-shirt people can notice the muscle underneath.
I could never lift at home.no motivation for me..lol, plus my gym has some hotties for eye candy.
