never been to any of the scando countries, but now that i've seen the beauty of the Norwegian babes i just may have to make a visit, but i gotta get a little bit thicker in my arms, chest and delts 1st

i've already added 2 good kilos with zero fat increase, but i've got another 3-5 more kilo to go
