i'd say by the end of october

i'd like to just gain lean, but that's a fucking pipe dream, so i'll probably end up gaining til the end of sept and then rip up in 3-4 weeks

i wanna hit a buck 65-75 @ sub-6

in my ripped pic i only weigh a buck 52 so i think that 15 to 25 pounds of pure lean muscle will be enough for me and will be ideal for me in fact

162 and i'd say that i'm @ 7% as i still have veins running down my abs and my ab skinfold is @ 6 mm now

in my ripped pic my ab skinfold was @ 4 mm
