I am embarrassed to say I know that is the Bay City Rollers.

Regarding Rugby I can't figure out the rules. How come after a guy is tackled he is allowed to run again unopposed? Why don't the defenders stand right next to him and tackle him as soon as he gets up? Is there a rule that you can't tackle him until he runs for a certain distance?

He rugby league he isnt unless he plays the ball off his foot on the floor and picks it up again.
Once the ref shouts 'held', thats it, he has to play the ball.
