A good example of a hollywood actress keeping it real is Patricia Arquette. Refuses to get plastic surgery and is aging gracefully. Still looks attractive and her crooked tooth has a bit of a sexual appeal to it.

A beautiful girl with a tough exterior but really sweet when you get to know her. If she cares about you she will do anything for you. When crossed by a friend she has no problem disowning them. keeps to her self but still social enough to be seen.
